1.this post is regarding the class chalet, 13 - 15 NOVEMBER, this coming Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
venue : downtown east
time : please come at 2.30 pm
meeting place : at the entrance/counter. call me if you cant find us

2.things to bring : clothes/extra clothes, toiletries.
also, please bring any soft drinks or mineral water of 1.5l if you have any.

3.IMPORTANT - BBQ date will NO LONGER be on the 13th. instead, it is changed to 14th November. please take note, especially those few people who are intending to come for the bbq only.

4.Facilities at Downtown East
As Downtown East has just renovated, there is a new shopping centre known as the E! Hub that has just be built up. Currently, most of the facilities can be found there. In the E!Hub, you have Cathay Cineplex, Orchid Bowl(Bowling Centre), KBox, X Zone and many fast food restaurants. If you guys are interested in going to the E!Hub, just proceed to the Downtown East Main Office, which is near the D'Marquee.

people who are staying over for 1N (index number 8 9 11 30 36) please bring $16

Hello 3E5! :D

The Exams are over so I hope you guys are playing hard eh. Haha. Okay. Ivan says that the class bbq would most likely be on 3rd June 2008, but it's tentative. Oh and I hope you guys can tell Rui Han when you guys are free during the holidays, if you haven't done so.

Ivan would also like to see the people in the Bbq Committee too. So maybe we can like meet up after school on one of the days next week? Err, yup. I guess that's all.

basically, we already got our plans out, but we'll just need people to help us on certain stuffs. and we'll be done =D

- buying the food
- marinating the food
- buying items together

Hi 3E5, First time posting on this blog.haha.

I would like you all to briefly note about the area we will be having the BBQ, I have attached the map of Pasir Ris Park and the area where we are most likely to have our BBQ below:

The approximate amount of money payable by each person is $6. The place where we are having our BBQ is Pasir Ris Drive 1 (5 minutes walk from Pasir Ris MRT Station) and we will be situated at area 3.Refer to the map for details.

How to get there?

Venue: Pasir Ris Park, Pasir Ris Drive 1(Bounded by Pasir Ris Road, Pasir Ris Drive 3 and Sungei Tampines)

Take the MRT to Pasir Ris Station (EW1)

Then board bus 403 to the stop AFT PASIR RIS WAY.
If you are not sure where to stop, look at the card reader of the bus and stop at Stage 5.5

Secondly, I would like all of you to reply to either Rui Han or myself on the days that you can make it for the BBQ within the 1st two weeks of the holidays LATEST by 16 May 2008.

All those people who are suppose to ask your respective CCA Teacher-In-Charge for the dates of which your respective CCA has training/practice, are to reply to me LATEST by 16 May 2008 also.

Thirdly, Those people who would like to help out in planning the BBQ, there are a few roles which you can apply for:

BBQ Main Committee

1 AIC(informing the people about certain information)

1 Treasurer(collection of money/creating of budget)

1 Logistics Head(preparation of misc. list/getting those items)

1 F&B OIC*(preparion of food & beverages list/preparing those items)

1 F&B AIC*(Assist the OIC in his/her job, similar)

BBQ Preparation Committee

1 F&B OIC*

1 F&B AIC*

3 F&B Member(Assist in the O/AIC of the F&B Department)

3 Logistics(Assist in the Logistics Head)

Note:

The roles are limited, so please drop a sms or call either Rui Han or Myself ASAP.Sorry if your preferred choice has been taken.

We will be preparing the BBQ food by ourselves as the total cost of ordering from BBQ Wholesale is too expensive.(F&B Job and volunteers job)

F&B and Logistics Members is just an approximate number given.If you wish to volunteer yourselves, we welcome you to help us in preparing the food & beverages and helping us with the logistics.

Jobscope will be reinforced to you after the committee have been set up.
